Government programmes

One Graduate Window.

Graduates should not have to knock on ten doors. UG-SACCO proposes to be the single, accountable channel through which Government and partner programmes reach graduates who produce.

Proposed arrangement. Each window starts once the responsible agency signs an agreement with UG-SACCO.

Ring-fenced accounts

Each programme has its own account and reports. Funds never mix with members’ savings.

NIN verification

Every beneficiary is verified through NIRA and the member register. No ghosts, no duplicates.

Digital only

Disbursements and repayments move by mobile money, bank or agency. No cash.

Open reporting

Real-time dashboards for funders and quarterly public reports on jobs and repayment.
